Hi,
I completely understand your concern and your pain which has chronically effected your life for three years. From your symptoms it appears to me that it is a typical case of
migraine. If I had a patient with these symptoms, I would have examined features like:
1) vision power as defective vision leads to headache.
2) checked his blood pressure, sometimes
high blood pressure is a cause.
3) tenderness over cheek bones when applied pressure, this will indicate
sinusitis.
4) light flashes,
radiating pain to ear, back of head, one sided headache.
These are seen in migraine, mostly due to some triggering factors like sunlight, and sounds. In your case we can have a x-ray done to rule out other causes. You can get prescribed anti migraine drugs from an
ENT Specialist. Kindly see that you maintain a chart of drugs for follow up reference. Its one of the common conditions seen these days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Suhas Chauhan
