Should I Take My Son To ER As He Is Having Nose Bleeds After Hitting?

my 15 month old fell and hit the side of his head on a coffee table, he cried for a minute then acted fine, now about 5 hours later he woke up with a little nose bleed. he was crying a lot but i think it is because he is tired. what should i do? should i take him to ER?
