Should I Take This Medication For UTI?

Hi, I have a UTI, not responded to trimethorim (10days), cipro (14days), then had allergic reaction to Nitrofuratoin after 2 days. I asked an online doc yesterday what to do - he suggest CEFEXIME. I go to pharmacy (in rural mexico where I am travelling) and they give me CETOXIL CEFUROXIMA instead. After googling I this this is different antibiotic than CEFEXIME. I may also have had a rash from penecillin in childhood. Should I try this antibiotic or go back and see if they have anything else?

I think that you should do urinoculture because if 3 antibiotics didn't work,then it may be resistant bacteria and it's type should be isolated so that right antibiotic can be chosen. I would not recommend cephalisporines if you have penicillin allergy.
