Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
I reviewed facts of your query in context to your health issues and feel concerned about them.

My Primary Opinion-
In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-Chronic Kidney disease(CKD) with functional failure.
This leads to water retention, as the water load cant be filtered through failing kidneys.Anaemic from Chronic Kidney disease, could be reason of such a retention of water in legs/ abdomen.
Other causes of such a leg edema-as accompanied liver cirrhosis with liver function failure.
For this Blood urea/ nitrogen with serum electrolytes, with blood hemoglobin and other tests would be needed, before planning further treatment.
Thus before taking water retention tablet tablets for less urine volume, you need to find out the disease causing it.

Do's Suggested-

Reply to specific question from you-
Q-What should I do?
You should not use burix 1 mg / or water retention tablet for less urine passed in your case.
This is because your kidney functions are reduced and seem to be in failure.
Consults with Physician and if need be Nephrologist.
Other a causes like cardiac failure, hepatic cirrhosis, severe Anaemia, need to be ruled out, after getting more details from you.

Next Appointment-
Asap-to resolve your problem
