Should I Use DHEA Cream If I Have High Testosterone Level?

I had blood/saliva test to check my hormones ( I m 48 years old). My DHEA-s was very low for my age but my Testosterone was in the high normal range? I don t understand how that could be - also is it advisable for me to use a bio-identical DHEA cream with my testosterone level in he high range?

Hello,
I read carefully your concern.
It is not suggested to use DHEA-s preparation while the testosterone level is high.
DHEA-s is a precursor of testosterone that is produced by adrenal gland. Your high testosterone level should be due to ovarian production of testosterone.
That is why, using DHEA-s cream can raise more testosterone level.
