Should I Use Siloderm 20 In Inside Anus Or External Region?
Hi, My mom is 69 yrs old, a left hemiplegia patient for 5.5 yrs now, bed ridden mostly. From past 3 weeks she has uncontrolled loose motions. Thus she is on diaper. My doctor suggested after examination to use siloderm 20 mg for burning sensation around the anal region. However, first of all I needed to know that whether it should be used just externally around the anal region or any rashes, widened exposed skin or inside the anal region??

Siloderm 20 is used to treat contact dermatitis.
Since your mother has uncontrolled loose motions and is on diaper, she might have got rashes due to use of diaper and so complaining of burning sensation.
The cream is for external use only and not to be put inside.
It has to be applied around the anal region and on the rashes.
