Should I Worry About Pain In Calf?

I keep having this really bad pain in my right calf it feels like a charlie horse n only lasts a minute are so. After I feel a fluttering bubbly sensation and then it goes away and my calf is just sore for the rest of the day. Its been going on for about 8 months but more often now. Should I worry?

Kindly get a CPK , calcium levels , vitamin D 3 levels done , their deficiency can also lead to calf pains.
