Should Physical Activities Need To Be Avoided While Taking Vyvanse?

I am a college athlete that has a.d.d. I recently switched to vyvanse from adderall and i was wondering if it is dangerous to play sports while on this medication? Also is it dangerous to take the medication only when i have classes, because it seems to make me less social when i am on the medication. I really dislike taking my medication are there other ways that i could treat my a.d.d. without medication?
