Should Squishy Painless Spot On Head After A Hit Cause Worry In A 2 Years Old?

My 2 year old hit the side of her head on the corner of the table and the spot is squishy. This happened 3 days ago. She has been acting completely normal, no vomiting, no dizziness, no abnormal behavior etc. Even to touch the spot doesn t give her pain. Is this squishy spot normal?
