Should The ER Be Visited For A Sore On The Lower Lip?

I have a small sore inside my lower lip. it's not as sore as a few days ago but now I see my lower lip on the outside looks like it has a white spot. Should I rush to dr or perhaps give it a few more days to heal. i'm worried it might be cancer. I've never smoked or done any kind of illegal drugs.
Several weeks ago, I completed medication to heal shingles in both my eyes. With the sores in my mouth I thought I might be getting shingles in my mouth. My eyes have both healed. Thank you, Sincerely

Hi.

A sore on the inner lip can be a canker sore and not anything serious..
also as it is present for just a few days you need not to worry of cancer as cancerous lesions are non healing ulcers and they can continue to spread.
But in case if there is a spread of sores or the sores increase in number then you should consult an Emergency room and get evaluated.
For now you can take Vitamin B complex one pill a day for a week.
Along with it do warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash gargles.
Along with it apply Lidocaine gel over it if it pains.
Suck ice lollies.
You can also do soda bicarb gargles by making a solution in water.
Avoid spicy, hard and irritant foods like acidic and citrus foods.
