Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Alcohol may cause irritation of rectal mucousa lead to blood in stool or mucous discharge. Probably epigastric pain may be due to Acute gastritis or alcohol induced gastritis. Please wash your rectum use water and use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
