I fell off a ladder and hit my forhead ..yesterday small cut on my forhead and I lost consciousness for a few minutes ... Went to the ER .. I have a slight concussion.. I also have Chiari Malformation. Now today my eyelid is very swollen down low like near the my eyelashes .. That part is swollen and hurts really bad when I blink or touch it it ... Should I go back to the ER ?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes, you must go to ER and consult an eye doctor. Then get your fundus examined. If there is some relevant finding related to fundus then take proper advice of an eye doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
