Should The Deworming Medication Be Given In The Empty Stomach For A 5 Year Old?

Hi Doctor,

My son is 5 yrs old. I want to deworm him, and have purchased zentel 10ml 400mg suspension. Should I give it to him on an empty stomach, and is giving him once in a year sufficient as a precautionary measure.
