Dear Mahesh Wari, Hi & Welcome to HCM.
You have been prescribed treatment for Hypothyroidism and Herpes simplex infection.
1. Thyrofit (Thyroxine) is a replacement therapy for less production of thyroid hormone or Hypothyroidism which needs to be taken for life long.
2. Herperax (Acilovir) gel is an anti-viral medicine. It is used to treat certain viral infections such as chickenpox, shingles, cold sores and genital herpes. It relieves the pain and promotes healing of the sores.
Hope this answers your query.
