Should We Go To The ER For Weakness In Heart After A Fall?

My husband fell off a ladder. He hit the ladder with his sternum and broke the ladder. The wind was knocked out of him but he was not unconscious. He doesn t have any bruising but says his heart feel weak on the following morning. Should we go to the emergency room?

I suggest to go to ER and to evaluate his heart condition through:
- ECG
- cardiac echo
- chest X-ray
