Should We Increase The Dose Of My Medicine?

Dear Doctor,

My wife, who is both diabetic and hypertensive is taking Cilacar for BP. Her sugar is well under control but her BP of late is registering 193/146 and after two days, it was 221/91.What could be the problem. She is taking Cilacar one tablet before bed time. Should we increase the dose to 2 per day?

Thanks and regards,

Hemachandra
