Hi, About three weeks ago, I got a pain in between my shoulder blades which felt like I was coming down with the common cold. I have had this symptom before and it has developed into a cold. I started to cough around this time - its not continual, but I again assumed this was the start of a cold. However, the cold came to nothing but I continued cough but not continually throughout the day, just the odd two or three times a day. I have seen the advert on tv if coughing persists for a few weeks. I made an apt with my gp for tomorrow which I cancelled today cos, I have come down with a very bad cold and flu like symptoms. However, I am still coughing, but I can t seem to clear my lungs and am coughing more continually in an effort to try and clear my lungs although I don t feel there is any mucus there. But my nose is running continually and I am wheezing like mad. I have just felt a sore bit on my back rubbing against my nightwear and have felt in the area and I have felt a lump below my left shoulder blade. Should I be concerned?
