Shoulder Pain, Body Pain On Right Side, Thigh Pain. Treatment?

I had a lot of pain on my right shoulder for years. now my right side of my body hurts. i.went to arrosti and it helped my shoulder. now my right thigh hurts my pain is starting to go to my left side I have trouble getting up from bed or from where im sitting. once I stand up n walk I start feeling better until I sit or lay down.

Hello,

The symptoms are similar with the presentation of spinal canal stenosis.
It is better for you to rule out the condition.
You may need an MRI of the whole spine and an Orthopedic consultation.
