Hi,
While doing chest excercise in a gym, i felt pain in the shoulder & it was looking like that something has been broken.
Now, almost 15 days have been passed & i am having the same pain in the left shoulder.

So, can you please advise me with the best possible solution that what exactly the problem that i have and what i have to do for this ?
