Shoulder Pain, Sharp Breast Pain, Left Arm Pain. Due To Trapped Nerve?
Hi I have woken up with pain startin where my bra strap fastens to the left but more up towards my shoulder blade it is going worse so when I move my head it really hurts and can feel it in my chest where my breast bone is more to the left hand side, sometimes with a bit of a shap stab in the bust, even when i move my arm left one or my leg depending where I move it really hurts, i can not move so lie in down but pain unbearable when i want to turn etc, could this be a trapped nerve or should I go to the doctors , it is really worrying me now I m 47.

Looks like its a muscle inflammation which is causing you problem, most probably trapezius. Gofor uultrasound massage therapy for 10 days along with simple pain killers. Meanwhile avoid aggravating factors like overhead activity and heavy weight lifting on the affected side.
