Shoulders Relaxed After Massage, Intense Pain In Neck, Crunching Sound On Movement, Vision Blurred, Headaches. Reason?

I had a massage last night... My shoulders feel more relaxed but I woke up with intense neck pain mostly on the right side and can barely move my head. When I try to move my head from side to side I can hear a crunching noise in my neck. In the past hour I've noticed my vision has become blurry. I've also had a head ache all day and I rarely get headaches. I am mostly concerned about the severe neck pain and now the blurred vision.

Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described are likely to be due to cervical spondylosis. This needs an MRI scan of the neck for proper diagnosis. Avoid using a pillow till then.
