hi,....em 22 yeas old and i have started consuming endura mass from last one weeks. i just wana ask u that is there any side effect of endura mass and also what are they and how to minimize it

Endura mass is protein powder,purely vegetarian contain highly soy protein,carbohydrate and fat. and minerals and vitamin supplements.
I do not think it has got any side effect,yes if some body is having blood pressure or diabetes they should use after consulting their doctors.,
