may i have aloevera juice with fruit juice and glucose powder in every morning ? is there any side effect ?

Adding fruit juice and glucose powder will substantially increase the caloric value of aloevera juice.Hence if you are overweight, it would be best to avoid mixing aloe vera with any other juice or powders. Aloe vera juice is best taken empty stomach diluted with water in the mornings. Consult your dietician for the prescribed dosage per day.
