Side Of My Neck Hurts And Numbness. Suggested Swollen Lymph Node. Guide

Hi, I was just wondering why when I press either side of my neck kinda in the middle it hurts. I also had at one point where I just took a bite and my face muscle would just tighten and it became numb that day but had gone away. It still happens just its not as bad. Whenever it happens I usually stop chewing until it releases. Any idea what it might me? I went to the doctor about my face and they said a swollen lymph node. I took pills but it didn't help at all. I went to the dentist and they said nothing was wrong.

Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
A simple neck ultrasound will show if there is any lymphnode or not.
It can be done in 15 minutes and done by most radiologists.
Hope this helps.
