Significant Left "inner" Knee Pain (pain Scale= 8/10). Pain Increases

Significant left "inner" knee pain (pain scale= 8/10). Pain increases to 10/10 with inability to move lower leg in bed - painful to palpate, painful to touch at times. Sleep disruption. Pain best described as intense burning sensation. Pain significantly increased from intermittent to constant after performing a "plank" exercise (hyper-extension?) about 2 weeks ago. Ice / Aleve have minimal impact.
History- multiple (3) meniscus tears 2 years ago (surgery). Mild osteo-arthritis. History of "Orthovisc" injections. Discontinued 18 months ago
