Since I Was A Kid I've Had Intense Heat In

Since I was a kid I've had intense heat in my feet, hands, ears, and lungs to sinuses as I breath at random intermittent intervals leading at times to blisters on my feet and in my nose. Occurred in a doctor's office one time and she measured my foot temperature at 106.5 degrees,, body temperature was normal, but couldn't determine a diagnosis: she found only 8 other people across the country with similar symptoms, that was about 15 years ago. Thyroid has been checked twice over a 2 year period and is normal in the 2+ range.
