Since Exercise Often Leads To Vertigo, How To Improve Heart Health?

if I exercise too much I get vertigo and it takes about 3 days of inactivity to recover and feel normal again. I do a minimum amount of exercise and that helps with the vertigo now but I know I should do more movement to help my heart. what do you suggest?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Never heart requires strenuous work, to be healthy. It may bear the strain if necessary, but don't needs it.
Probably, your heart is exhausted, or the calories are burnt completely, causing the vertigo.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. He will evaluate your stress test and give you advise.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
