Sinus Congestion And Fluid In Ears Causing Partial Deafness. Took Antibiotics. What Is The Cure?

I have had a sinus congestion for about a month and now have fluid in both ear from flying causing partial deafness but with no pain. I am taking a doctor prescribed antibiotic for four days now but fluid is still trapped in ear. I can lean my head over to the side or lie down and it will clear up but come right back when I sit up. I have high blood pressure that is controlled by medication. What can I take to get rid of the fluid in my inter ear.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a resistant infection in the ear, causing otitis media, means middle ear infection. You may need to change the antibiotic. If it is oozing you can get the discharge for culture and sensitivity.
I usually prescribe for my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazple, phenylephrine hydrchloride, and diclophenac sodium, ans citrizine.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
