im 24 years..im single....sometimes ders extra skin coming out of my anus..and 5-6 time it was bleeding during motion...do i have piles n at wat stage itis...wat r d precausions to take at this stage..my father too has d same problem and they hav it from a long time...

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be the hemorrhoids only but condition needs confirmation and for that you will have to get done the clinical examination in differential diagnosis it can be prolapse of rectum or it may not be anything to worry could be just normal part of anus, if you are constipated then try to relieve this and for that drink more water, have more fiber diet, hope this information helps.
