Skin Feels Its Burning On Arms Legs And Sides. Steroid Creams Not Helping. Remedy?

My skin feels like its raw/burning all over my arms, legs and sides. I went to a dermatologist , and they gave me steroid creams for a different rash on my face, told me I could use it on the raw areas of my arms (she didnt really look at my arms) but its not helping at all! It s gotten a lot worse in the last couple of days. 6 months pregnant
