Skin Secretes A Sticky Liquid In Small Patches On Scrotum's Surface Results In Itchiness. What To Do?

Hello,

For about the past month or two I have been dealing with intense itching on my scrotum. At first I thought it was jock itch, but the problem has not spread to my thigh or groin area, completely localized to my scrotum. Last week, the skin on my scrotum began "sweating" or secreting a sticky, clear liquid in small patches on the scrotum's surface. It happens pretty randomly, from right after a shower at night or during the day, when it's cold, hot, or room temperature does not seem to have any effect.

Please note that I am a teacher in South Korea so it would be difficult for me to consult a doctor here. Thanks.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the fungal infection, which may be localised to the scrotum. The latter may be the allergic reaction to the cream ,if you have used.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms grisofulvin500mg B.D, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and ketokonazole soap.
Avoid taking fish, and sea foods to prevent the excess itching.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
