Skin Soreness On Upper Right Leg, Painful, Limping While Walking, Tightness And Shortness Of Breath. What Could Be This?

Hi I have had skin soreness upper right leg and sharp pain in the same area for nearly a week and am now limping as it's painful when walking . It's not muscle pain it's really sharp and in one spot and there is not a mark on the skin no bruise or insect bite .

Also noticed tightness and a little shortness of breath not sure this is related

Hi, it appears to be the arthritis, or a muscle pain due to a twich. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections besides other medicines, for complete recovery. Thank you.
