Sometimes (3-6 times a day not everyday), I notice that my heart skips a beat. I told my physician about this and had an EKG done and it came back fine. Had chest X-rays and all came back clean. My doctors say that its normal. Does this happen to anyone? I suffer from panic so I m thinking I am dieing. It s very uncomfortable because it freaks me out. Can they be mistaking even after all those tests? Help I m a little nervous! If there was something wrong.... they would know right? With all the testing I had done?
Hi- this happened to me too- I too went to my doctor and had all the tests done and all came back perfectly- they did notice the skipped beat but said it was normal- the doctor recommended walking exercise to work out my heart- he told me to subtract my age from 220 and the result is the rate at which you have to work your heart - you see the heart is a muscle that has to be exercised too and and at that rate it is doing its job- hope I helped. Lots of health to you. :-)
