Slight Ache In Chest And Tingling In Arms And Shoulder A Sign Of Indigestion?

Over the past 20 hours I have felt a slight ache in my left chest, some tingling ( not severe) in left arm, shoulder and some burbing - a lot more than normal. . I have taken 2 Rennies this a.m and now 2 Gaviscon but still burbing. I realise my diet has not been its normal, coujld this just be indigestion ?

this could be due to gastritis or due to cardiac problem . please get an ecg done to exclude cardiac causes. once excluded then you can take a proton pump inhibitor as controloc for gastritis
