Hi thanks for your.
You are 84 years completely healthy, all parameters within normal limits, with slight indigestion and pain right side of abdomen. This indigestion could be due mild gastritis that is inflammation of stomach. Gastritis has many reasons, like spicy food, cigarette smoking, alcohol, pain killer drugs and infection of stomach by H Pylori bacteria. Most of these don’t hold good for you, but since your pain is on right side radiating to back; it could be due Gall bladder disease, which could give rise to gastritis leading to, indigestion and pain on right side radiated back.
Take antacid,3 to 4 times a day along with proton pump inhibitors like pantaperazole 40 mg before breakfast. If you symptoms doesn't settle with this, consult a physician who may get your ultrasound abdomen done to rule out/confirm any Gall bladder disease responsible for your symptoms.
Hope this answers your question.

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
From your Query i understood that you are suffering from Dyspepsia ( indigestion).
Indigestion itself is not is not a disease.
It is a symptom of underlying disease like GERD, stomach ulcers or cancer.
At this age, it is essential to investigate the cause of indigestion.
You have to undergo a simple procedure called Upper GI endoscopy to rule out any disease like Gastroesophageal reflux disorder.
A infection called H.Pylori also cause indigestion.
You need some life style modificans
1. Avoid spicy foods.
2.Have regular diet in time.
3. Relax after meals before going to bed.
4. Chew food with your mouth closed. It avoids entering of air into stomach through mouth.

You need Proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole and Prokinetics like domperidone currently.

Please do endoscopy and consult with a physician.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
