Slight Facial Tic For Years That's Getting Severe Now. Medication ?

My son has had a slight facial tic for several years. Now for the past couple weeks it has been getting very severe. Several tics per minute. He has been taking naproxen fir about 2 weeks for elbow tendon inflammation and the tics are def worse since started taking it. He s been complaining about headaches for a few months also.
