Slight Movement On Head While Walking Is Causing Dizziness,headache & Loss Of Balance

While walking, if I happen to turn my neck to the left, and then brings back, a dizziness, light light headedness
and loss of balance is felt. Have a feeling that left side nerve is not right. Could you suggest some treatment ?

Thanks for your question dear from how much time you are experiencing this don't worry start with tab betahistidine 16mg BD and tell if there is improvement in few days or not thanks
