Slight Pain In Lower Back, Difficulty In Moving Neck And Breathing. Suggestion?

Hi Doctor, I am Haroon, 26 male. I am having slight pain in my upper back since two day and when I woke up this morning, it has got worse. If I move my neck , it hurts on the back (just behind the lungs) and it hurts the most when I lift my neck i.e. see above. If I take deep breath as well, It hurts a little in the back. Please advise. Thanks!
