Slipped, Head Injury, Shock, Pain Behind Head, Bleeding, Nausea. Treatment For Emergency?

I was showering and I stepped out of the shower to get my towel. However, i did not notice that the floor was wet and slipped. I banged my head really hard againt the edge of the shower where the sliding door was. My aunty could clearly hear it a door away. Instantly, I stood up and was in shock and soon felt pain on the lower back of my head. I touch my head, and there was a fair amount of blood on it. I started feeling dizzy and felt like vomitting, though i was able to walk.

Thanks for writing your query.
You should go to Emergency Department and get your wound dressed and examined.
Head injury is usually associated with dizziness and vomiting. It usually subsides with rest. If it persists, you should get a scan of your head done and consult a Neurophysician.
Pain in lower back of neck can be due to spasm of neck muscle due to injury. It can be relieved by pain killers, to be taken under medical supervision.
Take proper rest. It will help you recover fast.

thanks for your query

It seems more like an external injury of the head . the pain is most probably due to a soft tissue injury .

you can take bed rest and make sure somebody watches you over for the next 2 days for the folowing signs

vomiitng
seizures
severe head ache
loss of memory
blurring of vision
weakness of limbs

in caes of any of the above contact your doctor
