Small Bruise, Bump On Bridge Of Nose Due To Hit, Pain To Touch, Bad Headache. Any Connection?

I bruised the bridge of my nose three days ago by hitting a door pretty hard. I have a small bruise and bump and it hurts when I touch it. Also I have been having bad headaches all day long since. I was wondering if it could have any relation?
I also was sick before but I am getting better now.

Thank you for your help

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

There are many nerves which supply face and nose.Due to injury there is damage to nerve fibres which lead to headache.
You can take tab paracetemol for headache and you can add antibiotic consulting your doctor if infection is suspected.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
