Small Child, Choking Cough, Fever, Running Nose, Teething. Treatment For Symptoms?

My 9 month old has been sleepless the past 3 days and now has I chocking cough (not continues) And a temperature of 34.9 degrees. he has had a runny nose for the past week and has been teething so I put the runny nose down to that. I have given him nose fess and have the vaporizer on. Should I be worried about his temperature?

34.9 degree centegrate in normal .she have not fever .why r you worring about temprature.for running cold you can give homaopathic medicine which improve her immunity also.Ipea 30 Aconit 30 Ammon carb 30 all of these in water three times a day.
