Hello,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Your daughter seems to have an upper respiratory infection causing her symptoms . Her bleeding gums can be a sign of vitamin C deficiency as well as an underlying oral infection or a sign of underlying bleeding disorder.
She needs to be treated with antibiotics , antiinflammatory analgesics (acetaminophen or ibuptofen) and multivitamins(especially Vit C and zinc) by a pediatrician .
If bleeding persists then appropriate blood tests might be needed.
Kindly do not neglect her symptoms and seek prompt medical help.
Wishing her a speedy recovery.
Regards
