Small Child, Running Nose, Cough, Fever. Taking Wikoryll Drops. Should I Start Nebulisation?

My doughter aarohi is 9.5 months old she is having running nose & cough ,had fever once on day 1, she was on wikoryll drops (para+cpm+phenylephril) & ambroxol + guaiphenerin+terbutalin) & otrivin nasal sol since 3day, today on day 4 still coughing & watery nose no fever , her chest having little ronchi but no creps , sould i start nebulisatio with levolin or wait for more 3 dayson medicin

Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
You can continue the prescribed medication for cold and cough.
Consult you Pediatrician again and he will examine the child and her respiratory system and will advise you the need for a bronchodilator like levolin nebulization.
Dont use any unprescribed medication as some times it is not going to help the child and the cough may be due to just a upper airway infection and doent require nebulization.
