Small Cut On Thigh, Applied Neosporin, Knee Cap Cramping. Tetanus?

I got a small, minor cut on my left thigh by a rusty metal sheet a few days ago... The cut is not deep, but it is still red. I cleaned with water and soap the day of injury, and then applied neosporin . Now my knee cap (same left leg) feels like it is either cramping or something (not exactly locking)... Should I worry about tetnas?

It may be local tetanus, hence immediately consult PHYSICIAN to receive TETANUS IMMUNOGLOBULINS to prevent the spread as well as TETUNUS vaccine as a booster for your already taken primary vaccination.
