Small Grape Colored Clusters On Outer Vaginal Lips, Excessively Sensitive. What Could These Be?

Hi! I have several areas, small grape colored clusters and some individual things that almost look like either a tiny blood blister , located on the outer vagina lips ...they look like they re under the skin but do protrude some and are sensitive when accidentally hit my fingernail. Any clues as to what it could be? I can forward a picture if needed. Thanks.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the lesions are genital warts or genital herpes.
In both cases medical treatment may be required. Genital herpes is associated with erythema followed by the development of small blister like lesions that eventually open to form small ulcers. They are usually painful and may itch in some persons. They are treated with antiviral medication however the lesions reoccur. If they reoccur frequently then suppressive therapy can be started.
Genital warts are called by the human papilloma virus, they are different modes of treatment

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.
I hope this helps
