Small Holes On Shaft Of Penis, Painful, Never Had Sex. What Could They Be?

Hello. I just got out of the shower and I noticed some small hole like things on the shaft of my penis . They re very painful and they resemble open red pores or maybe small rashes . I m only 15 and I ve never had sex. What could they be? Am I in trouble? It s been uncomfortable for a few days, but it got painful and I noticed them today.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
The kind of problem that you are describing is an infection. It could be either a bacterial or a fungal infection. For infection to develop on the penis it is not essential for you to have sex.
It would be very difficult to comment on the diagnosis as we need to have a look at the lesions. Do consider visiting a dermatologist who can advice you regarding further management.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
