Small Patch On Inner Elbow With Tiny Whitish Nodules, Mild Pricking Sensation. Temporary Relief From Cold Creams. Suggest

I have developed a small patch (about 2 in x 1 in) on the inner side of the fold of my left elbow with about a couple of dozen of tiny (1 mm) whitish nodule like things with mild pin-prick like sensation. This happened in a single day. Applying some cold cream temporarily relieves the feeling but it comes back after a while. Any suggestions?
