Small Penis. Suggestions To Increase The Size?

Hi Sir, I am mail i married in june at that time first night came to know that my pinus is small after one or two month my wife told me that there is nothing hapning your pines is small, before married i think that my pines is enough to satisfy my partner, Is their is any products to increase pines size, I want to tel you that in my born time 3 times operation done by a Dr because I have a problem in line blocked of urine sent out, thats why i think that my pines not increase as whant 0000

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you were born with some congenital abnormality of Penis mostly Hypospadias. You have undergone three surgeries in childhood and you are not sure about the nature of the surgeries done.
If you are getting hard erection there should be no problem in doing sexual activity.However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination so please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and advice,
There is no medicine that can increase the length or size of the penis,
