Small Red Dot On Labia Major, What Could Be This ?

Hi, I m a 19yr old female and I have a tiny red pimple like dot on my labia major and it is painful when I touch it. It s not itchy and I do not have any other dots like anywhere on my vagina. Also its not under the skin , it appears like it s on the top of it and looks like I could rip it off but it d be painful. I have had a pap smear in June and I was clean of any STDs. I am sexually active but only with my long term boyfriend and he is clean too and we both have never been sexually active with anyone else. Could you please tell me what it is and what I can do for it?

Hi
You could be having a hemangioma which is a vascular anomaly. Its not harmful as such.If its painful, you may want it removed. You should see a dermatologist.
