Solid Nodular Lesion, Lymph Nodes With Fatty Hilum And Hypoechoic Pockets In Knees. How To Treat This Condition?

My mother is having multiple pockets of illdefined hypoechoic collections at left anterolateral aspect of knee and below knee region, measuring 20*09mm.
No evidence of any solid Nodular lesion at site of surgery.
Multiple small subcentimetric lymphnodes are seen with fatty hilum at bilateral inguinal region are reactive in nature.
What would be the treatment for this?
Thanks &Regards

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
The collections may be post surgical and as they are small they might not require any treatment. Just follow up will be enough.
The lymph nodes seem to be inflammatory by description and should resolve over time.
The problems do not seem to require any immediate treatment.Just be on follow up - maybe once at 3 months and decide after that.
Hope it sorts your problem and wishing your mother a speedy recovery.
